This requires not only a thorough understanding and appreciation of the development process itself but also an ability to plan ahead effectively and communicate with other team members.
Knight Frank regularly provides strategic planning advice, setting out a 'route map' to achieve a desired outcome which may be many years away. Once a particular strategy is agreed, Knight Frank Planning & Development is then able to take the lead in managing the project by coordinating the input of other Knight Frank service lines and other external consultants, drawing up project timetables and undertaking project work ourselves
