Paul Grover joined Knight Frank in June 2006 to develop the Planning service within the South West and Welsh commercial property markets. Paul is a chartered town planner and member of the institute of economic development with over 8 years of professional experience in providing topic specific and planning law advice to a range of clients throughout the UK.
Paul is an experienced planner having overseen the production of numerous Planning Applications, Sequential Site Assessments, Retail Impact Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, Health Checks and Area Action Plans. He has also undertaken a wide range of socio-economic assessment work that has been used to underpin site development and regeneration strategies.
