Iain Bath is the Partner in charge of the firm's regional Planning Department with offices in Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield. He is also in regular contact with the firm's Scottish offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh and has relevant experience of the Scottish planning system.
He has considerable experience within Yorkshire, Humberside, the North and Scotland generally preparing development appraisals, submitting planning applications and appeals, progressing representations to emerging development plans, and presenting evidence to planning hearings, public inquiries and development plan inquiries.
Prior to joining Knight Frank he was an Associate with a firm of planning and development consultants. His experience to date gives him a thorough and sound basis on which to provide clients with planning and development advice, and a clear appreciation of the land use requirements and commercial objectives of such clients in the market place.
