Jeremy Kingston heads our Building Consultancy Department and with 25 years experience,
he has an impressive and extensive track record across all property sectors and
is fully conversant with clients needs and reporting requirements.
Our Services
All services which we provide are based upon the need to provide our clients with
clear commercial, objective, practical and pragmatic advice. Our services are individually
tailored to suit specific client requirements and are arranged within 5 key areas:
- Building Surveys
We undertake a full range of surveys covering acquisition/technical due diligence
through to defect analysis. In all cases, our reports enable our clients to make
informed decisions based upon objective information.
- Dilapidations/Exit Strategies
We act for both landlords and tenants, providing strategic commercial advice
on how best to manage dilapidation issues at lease terminations and breaks.
- Refurbishment, Maintenance and Repair
This covers a broad range of management and advisory services for commercial investors
and occupiers, ranging from fast track refurbishment for relating purposes through
to ongoing maintenance and repair works. Throughout, our services are all focused
upon optimising the asset value of the property.
- Project Management
We provide Executive Project Management Services, being appointed to deliver projects
on time, on budget, and to agreed quality. Our approach is to ensure proactive management
of the entire pre-contract and construction processes, including risk identification,
team selection, project control and co-ordination.
- Development Monitoring
We provide independent risk assessment and monitoring throughout the project duration,
measuring quality and progress against the stated objectives and protecting our
clients investment throughout.
