Complaints

Knight Frank takes complaints very seriously and works hard to resolve issues as quickly as possible. 

If you are unhappy with any element of your experience with Knight Frank you can record a complaint through complaints@knightfrank.com.  

If you are a private client of Knight Frank  LLP, then please note that Knight Frank LLP subscribes to the Ombudsman Services: Property, an independent redress scheme that assists with the resolution of consumer complaints not satisfactorily resolved between the parties. Further details can be found on www.ombudsman-services.org/property

For clients of Knight Frank LLP who are persons or organisations in a business capacity, we are a member of the RICS Dispute Resolution Service, www.rics.org/uk/join/member-accreditations-list/dispute-resolution-service.  Any complaint not resolved through our internal complaints procedure can be referred to this Service.
