Property Investment Advisor of the Year/Office Agency Advisor of the Year

Knight Frank was named Property Investment Advisor of the Year & Office Agency Advisor of the Year at this year's esteemed Property Week Awards, held at Grosvenor House on the 19th April 2016.

The Knight Frank UK Investment and Offices teams have had an outstanding year in 2015 across our national platform advising on key trophy assets and the largest leasing instructions, while also introducing new tactical initiatives and recruiting market leading individuals.

International sales agency of the Year

Knight Frank was named International Sales Agency of the Year by UBM, the publisher of Property Week, at the RESI Awards, held on Wednesday May 1st 2013. The award was given for impressive sales of UK property to overseas buyers and wide global reach., as well as success by the International Project Marketing teams on schemes such as One Tower Bridge, Chelsea Creek and the London Residential network's high-value transactions over the year.

"Having won UK Sales Agent of the Year in 2012, to win International Sales Agent of the Year 12 months later is very satisfying indeed and a ringing endorsement of the power of our global network and the strength and depth of our International Sales and Project Marketing teams, both in the UK and key international markets around the world," commented Stephan Miles-Brown, Head of Residential Development.

The Knight Frank and Ernst & Young investment teams also won Deal of the Year for the sale of Battersea Power Station. Stephan commented, "Together with our friends at Ernst & Young, we were delighted to win Deal of the Year 2013, for the sale of Battersea Power Station. The high level of media profile we managed to achieve for the sale of BPS, was without doubt, the most successful campaign ever undertaken for a single property anywhere in the world and proved a major factor in what resulted in the spectacularly successful disposal of a truly iconic building."

Knight Frank also sponsored the award for Development of the Year and was shortlisted for three other awards; Residential Consultancy Practice of the Year, Lettings Agency of the Year, and UK Sales Agency of the Year.

Knight Frank awarded first ever EG Resi Award: Residential Property Advisor of the Year

In December 2012, Knight Frank was crowned the UK National Property Adviser of the Year and the Residential Property Adviser of the Year at the Estates Gazette Awards, held in central London. This was the first time the respected trade publication had included a residential category.

The judges said of Knight Frank, “Understated, well-run and professional is the Knight Frank image. But this year they really impressed our judges by showing how valuable those qualities are in a tough market. The firm has remained debt-free, has taken on stand-out instructions and delivered impressive organic growth. They are a really smart business.”

The judging panel comprised industry experts, clients and peers, and selected Knight Frank from a long list of every type of ‘residential advisor‘.

Knight Frank is the only firm to have won two awards on the night.
