Ian Barbour becomes the new Head of Retail at Knight Frank together with former partners at MVG; Nigel Gillingham, Laurence Edwards, Tracey Pollard and Woody Bruce. A new and simplified structure has been put in place within the retail department; centred around 4 core teams to provide clear and effective retail advice across the spectrum.
A new Shopping Centre Leasing and Development team will be headed by Nigel Gillingham, Central London and Agency will be headed by Tracey Pollard, Out of Town/Retail Warehousing will be headed by Laurence Edwards and the Professional team will be headed by Ian Barbour.
