David has extensive experience of dealing with major development projects that includes leading the promotion of superstores across Scotland for a national retailer; retail defensive planning; town centre studies; office and laboratory campus development; residential and commercial schemes.
David also has experience in providing planning advice on all planning matters including retail, housing, regeneration, mixed use, leisure, conservation and listed building advice. He has also appeared as expert witness on retail and residential planning matters.
