Grade II listed, Park View is approached down a long, shared drive to where it sits as the right hand wing of Lower Eaton House. Built in the mid 19th Century, the house has enormous charm and retains many period features whilst being spacious and comfortable. Having been comprehensively refurbished there is a bright and well proportioned drawing room with french windows leading out onto a lawn.
