St Teresa's Prep School is being offered for sale with the benefit of planning permission for 20 residential units, subject to a Section 106 agreement.

The Prep School site extends to c. 1.98 acres (0.8 ha) and is centred around Grove House, a three storey villa which we understand was constructed in the early 1820s.
The original house is of brick construction under a Welsh
hipped slate roof with a mixture of sash and metal
