Nick has been selling houses from Knight Frank’s Hungerford office since 1984 and therefore has unique experience of the area and market. He is a Fellow the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and brings a professional and creative aspect to the sale of properties.
Rob Wightman, MRICS – Associate

Rob qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in 1995. He specialises in the sale of cottages, farmhouses and country houses primarily in the £800,000 to £2m price range.
Nick Loweth - Associate

Nick has been working in Country House sales since 2002, primarily looking after the £800k - £2m price range, across the entire Hungerford office area.
Simon Walker – Associate

Simon recently joined the Hungerford office as an Associate having worked as an agent in the area for the last 5 years, and having previously worked in central London. His local connections are extensive and he is concentrating on continuing to build the "core" village market
Jackie Boucher – Negotiator & Assistant to Nick van Zeller

Jackie has worked in the Hungerford office since 2001. She also handles the sales of country cottages as well as supporting Nick van Zeller with his sales, and his role as partner in charge of the South West region.
Lucy Stevens – Office Manager/Marketing Officer

Lucy has worked at the Hungerford office for the past six years, for the most part as Office Manager. Recently her role has encompassed more marketing, design and publicity work. She is responsible for the layout and co-ordination of our local advertising pages and brochures, the organisation of sponsorship and the design of publicity literature. She liaises regularly with local, national and freelance journalists as well as with our press office in London to ensure our clients' properties receive as much editorial publicity as possible.
Fiona Foote - Applicant Manager

Fiona is responsible for our database of applicants looking for property. She will maintain contact with these applicants to define and update their requirements, inform them of new property coming to the market and give local advice on conveniently located schools, stations and other relevant factors.
Victoria Tillotson – Assistant

Victoria joined Knight Frank’s Hungerford office in December 2007 as Assistant to Nick Loweth, Rob Wightman and Simon Walker. She is involved in all aspects of the selling process as well as co-ordinating with vendors.
Karen Smith – Reception

Karen has been with Knight Frank for four years and is responsible for Reception, and arranging all property viewings by liaising with viewing ladies and vendors, and also maintaining our records to aid accurate valuations.
