Chris Hart
Chris moved down from Knight Frank's London division to open the Bath office in February 2006. He has many years of experience in both residential and commercial property agency.
Matthew Leonard
Matthew joined the office as it opened, he has worked in estate agency since 1995 and specifically in Bath since 2001. He has an excellent knowledge of the market.
Lucy Healy
Lucy joined the office when it opened. She is very experienced having worked in agency in Bath since 2001. Her role is to ensure the smooth running of the office and the sales processes.
Edward Lucas
Having graduated from university Edward joined Knight Frank in May 2007 having spent a year working in the Wiltshire and Hampshire area for a successful local agent in both the residential and commercial divisions.
Edward Thomas
Edward Thomson is an Associate Partner and is part of the South West team, working closely with Ed Cunningham dealing with the top end of the market throughout the south west. He has worked in the Country House Department for the last 5 years and has experience dealing with all aspects of country house sales and recently handling a number of high profile sales. Edward is also looking after key Waterfront sales from London.
Alex Murray
Graduated from The Royal Agricultural College with degree in property agency and marketing in 2005, spent 2 years working for one of London's leading agents in Chelsea and Belgravia, specialising in house sales, then moved to Knight Franks country department in August 2007. Has extensive knowledge of Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire therefore perfectly placed to assist the Bath office with high value sales from London.
